The dutics of this Section are of a military engineering
nature, as they are rosponsible for the construction of gun and other
service, for major railway repairs, and for all demolition and other
obstructive works situated on the Railway.
A comprehensive scheme of obstructive work is in the course
of preparation and when completed it will form the basis of training
for this Section.

Monthly lectures have been held under the direction of 0.C.,
R.A.S.C., Hong Kong Area and mobilization duties are in process of
being allotted.
The Cadre took part in a Field Day in Camp last December at
which the handling of transport, map reading &c. vore up to a good
standard.
It is proposed to issue uniform to the Cadre in 1936.
Wo await the Scheme from Headquarters, China Command, when
this unit will be more definite devoloped and organized.
